Samsung launches outdoor mobile phone with GPS function

Samsung has its mobile portfolio with the outdoor model B2710 X-treme Edition added. The impact resistant quad-band phone can be integrated by means of GPS, digital compass and use Google Maps for navigation.
A IP67 certification guarantees that the device dustproof and waterproof in up to one meter depth for 30 minutes. Its scratch-resistant 2-inch display has a 240 to x 320 pixels with 262,144 colors. A rubberized surface is to provide a non-slip grip.
